You can pay for your order by credit card or bank transfer. In case of bank transfer, please indicate in the reason for payment the order ID received in your order confirmation e-mail. Shipment will only take place once the amount has been credited to our bank account; in case of bank transfer it may take a few days.
“Available”: the e-bike is ready for shipment
” Orderable”: the e-bike is not available at the moment, but can be ordered; the delivery time will be indicated when the order is confirmed
“Out of stock”: the e-bike is no longer available or can no longer be ordered
No, as they are assembled according to predefined configurations, e-bikes cannot be customised. With some Evoke and Runa models you will receive a set of coloured stickers that can be applied to the frame to personalise certain writings
No, at the moment it is not possible to order only a frame without mounted components
If the e-bike is in stock, shipment normally takes place within 5 working days. The timing may vary up to a maximum of 20 working days.
The costs depend on the type of shipment chosen and the location where the e-bike is to be delivered. The exact amount will be indicated on the CART page
If you notice any anomaly in the packaging, accept the package with reserve so that you can check the integrity of the contents. If the e-bike has been damaged during transport, you will have to claim against the carrier, as ALPEK has no responsibility for this.
